Help Footer/Home Page

I was almost completed with my Home Page of the site, and I clicked on "Edit Footer"...it popped up just enough so that at the bottom of the screen the "save" button was blocked, and now for any Edit button I hit on the home page, I cannot save, just view the code...Also, when I view the page the header is moved to the lower right and stretches the page farther...Is this something I messed up in the regular edit of the page, and how do I fix it if I can't change or save anything?

Is there any sort of special code you inserted into any of your pages?
