I've replied to your emails but at this point I'm guessing they went into your Spam folder. You should have a transfer code for your domain in your email, and I've changed the DNS records for your domain.

We do register the domains ourselves to make the process easier for our customers, and so we can include the price of the domain name registration in our monthly fees. However, the customers do own the domains and we always comply with transfer requests.
Thu, 16 Feb 2012 09:16:12 -0600 http://www.doodlekit.com/forum/message/122543 /forum/message/122543 Thinking of using DK? - Lianne Russell
Originally, I had created an account and purchased a domain via Doodlekit.
Without notice, my site was taken down due to non payment (I changed CC and forgot to update it). I was not notified in advance that the billing did not go through so I have no idea how long the site was down before I was notified by a 3rd party.
Upon further review, my client who I represent decided that he did not want to do business with a hosting company who did provide customer service in a timely manner so I was instructed to move the site to a more professional service.
I have since then requested numerous times for the dns to be pointed and to date, no response from Support nor the changes made.
When DK purchases a domain, you have absolutely no control because they register it in their name, not yours. You have no access to a control panel nor can you get them to point your dns to another hosting service.
BUYER BEWARE!

Thu, 16 Feb 2012 05:10:01 -0600 http://www.doodlekit.com/forum/message/122523 /forum/message/122523 Free Plan Private - Elyce
Hi, in order to take my website off of private setting it says I need to add in my credit card though I will not e charged.
