I initially worked on creating a website and stopped working in it. I recently have been working on a new one that I wanted to upgrade to the 29.00 upgrade. I accidentally upgraded the 1st one I worked on. Can I cancel my 1st one that has nothing done to it and then upgrade the one I wanted to with any extra fees?
