Is it possibile to increase the 800x600 layout size?

I am using an embeded iframe on one of my pages and the layout is too small for for the iframe. (and sidebar)

Unfortunantly, no. Because of the complexity of a CMS layout sizes have to be static. However, we are looking at making all new layouts from here on out at least 1024 width.

When can we expect a 1024 width layout?

It will be a while... I have already started working on them, but it is a lot of work to make it so you can flip back and forth between 800x600 and 1024x768. I'm just guessing, but at least two months or so.

The good news is though, once thats done, I will be able to crank out several layout fairly quickly :).

Are you any further with the 1028x768 size?

Unfortunately, no. We just recently went through a big move which consumed up most of my time the last few months. The good news is that this is now complete and I can focus more on Doodlekit layouts.

I am actually getting ready to release a new layout, but it is 800x600. This latest layout will probably be the last one at this size. Once it rolls out, all new layout focus will be on 1024x768.

Heath, wanted to check in and see if you had an ETA on 1024 x 768 layouts?

I have a client that is eager to see their site in 1024 x 768... thanks

I'm working on it right now... but there are lots of issues that still have to be resolved. I'm hoping to have it out by the end of next month, but it's just hard to say...

No its not at 1024 yet. I probably need to post a blog post about this. Changing the layout size is more difficult than we planned... it is causing us to have to rewrite a lot of stuff. The good news is that the new layouts will come out with lots of better and newer features... the bad news is that its going to take longer than we planned.
