So I got a email from a registered user, saying how they couldn't start a blog or post any pictures. I saw that I had to change their status to privileged user. Now I use an account on my own to go on my site as a privileged user. I can start a blog but it wont allow me to post pics. Only in Administrator status I can post pics. So how does everyone else get to post pics?

You can set upload roles in the Admin Tool at Settings --> Advanced.
