Can I add or is the website accepting of image rollover (when the thumbnail is rolled over the image becomes larger) ?

You can add that code to your website if you want :). We don't have any sort of tool for it because rollovers are kind of out dated (except for menus and buttons). That take me back to the 90's.... funny that your brought this up, I just wrote a blog post talking about newbie website owners and common mistakes they make. This might qualify for it :).
