Hi Heath,
Thanks for help with flash files. I now need to add a movie file (WMV) to the site. My daughter is applying to colleges, and they want to see a sample of her video work. I need to add a video file in WMV format to a page and send the college admissions officers the URL so that they can view the file. What do I do?

The easiest thing to do is to just upload it to Vimeo.com or YouTube.com. These sites then provide you the code to insert the video into your website.
