Uploading Photos for homepage

Everytime I try to upload a photo to change the existing one, it says it uploads, but the homepage picture doesn't change. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure exactly what you might be doing... I would just delete the photo and replace it with a new one instead of trying to edit it.
