Is there any way that I can turn a blog into a 'voting poll' or something similar? I am using the blog to get feedback from clients by asking a question about my field of work (pertaining to the website), and wanting to see the response. How, if possible, can I do that?

No, there is not way to do anything like that with the blog. You might try a 'voting/polling' web widget.
