People have been trying to find my website on google and yahoo searches, and nothing is showing up. They even type in the full url, www.sasmassage.com .. and nothing shows up. Why is that happening? Aren't the websites we make through here supposed to get SEO?

SEO takes time. There are many wonderful guides on Doodllekit. SEO is a long-term project which will require many hours of fine-tuning your site / pages / off-page back-links. Read the guides - you WILL feature in Google over time.

Who am I to comment on your post? a Happy Doodlekit client for 2 years / and one for which their SEO is working very well. And I am still at it - many hours a week.

Just give it time, but work at it everyday. Not always on the site, but think about your target marketing, consumer behavior and ways to maintain / improve their satisfaction. The SEO will follow from a thorough understanding of what you want to do, to whom and why rather you and not the next site / service provider.

No, any website that's accessible on the internet and has links to it will be indexed. Sometimes it just takes time.
