So, I set up an email account for non-profits with gmail and it's working properly. Very excited about this! My question is this: can I filter incoming emails from my website to go to different email addresses? ie: someone wants to donate money=goes to a specific email address and someone else wants to know about boarding a horse=goes to a different specific email address.

That would depend on your email provider. I think Google allows you to set up 'labels' which are kind of the same thing.
