" Something's Awry" on the email forwarding

Tue Mar 09, 2010 @ 12:28PM

So, when I'm on the Doodlekit Admin/Home page I tried multiple times to enter 2 email addresses in the email box: manager@courtesystable.org barnmanager@courtesystable.org and I'm taken to a page with the following error message: Something's Awry For some reason I'm not able to do what you want me to do.
Is there something I'm doing incorrectly?

It looks like you are not separating your emails with a comma...

I am. Is there a character limit or something? I can't imagine why it won't let me put in more than one email address.

p.s.: I need 58 character spaces for the two email addresses and a comma.
it's xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Is that too many characters?
I just tried using one email address and I'm getting the same "somethings awry" the email I want it to accept is manager@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxdotorg
I can't figure this out. :(

What are you trying to do exactly? You said this is on your homepage? Or did you mean in the Admin tool? Where are you trying to put these emails?

Admin/Main/Website Settings/Email:

I'm trying to put in 2 email addresses. This is where I would put in the email addresses that link to the "contact us" correct? For some reason, it will not let me put in the manager@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxdotorg (I'm spelling out dot and org for you and putting x's in place of our website name so the forum won't substitute "weblink" there hence, you can see how many characters I'm trying to use. Is there an issue with the number of characters I have in the 2 addresses or is there an issue with the fact that the word manager is in front of my email address or neither?
