Is it possible to change the order of the photos once they are in the album?

Yes you can change the order (use the red arrows). You can have as many photos as your plan allows in any photo album if you wish. Photo size does not impact the # of photos you can upload... they are all resized to fit your website. Uploading larger photos will take longer initially, but once they are successfully uploaded, they are resized to the standard web size and it no longer makes a difference after that.
