I am not able to upgrade my account

Every time I fill out the billing information to upgrade my account it says that I need to enter a valid state in the billing address-enter a valid state in the shipping address.I live in Oklahoma City,Ok.Is that not a valid state or what?

Try entering it all caps, like OK.
