Is there a way to add a secure file transfer page to my website?

You can upload files yourself, but we don't have anything that 'transfers' files or allows other users to upload files.

Can you help me find the uploading menu for my site?
or is there any help menu that I can look at regarding uploading profiles...

To upload a file, click the "edit" red link to open the editor. Select some text you wish to link the file to and click the Hyperlink button on the editor. Then click the "..." button to upload a file.
