I am not sure how to add an HTML Code to my Sidebar I have a area that shows "Our Partners" and would like to advertise one of my partners.

Or -

1. Click Edit sidebar note on sidebar you want to insert code (must be logged in)
2. Click red gear to insert HTML (HTML code to be copied from source)
3. Save sidebar note

This should work.

do i have to be upgraded? bcuz mine duznt have the insert HTMLbutton and a red gear. PLZ REPLY ASAP!

You shouldn't need to upgrade, it's in the Quick Editor in the toolbar.
