I published prematurely and need to "go dark" or "unpublish" for another week or so. How do I do that? I don't want to lose the work there, just make it non-viewable to the public for another week or so.

In the Admin Tool under Settings --> Domain Names you can clear out your domain. That will keep the domain from point to your website till your ready to put it back in. You will always be able to access your website via the Doodlekit sub-domain.
