Servers down?

My site bigdguide.com will not load. Can go into it on Admin on Doodlekit, but when the URL is entered, error message displays "Page cannot be found". This has happened 3-4 times now. Are the servers down? Thanks!

No, servers are up. I think we might have a DNS cache issue (URL) of some sorts. We are looking into it.

Just an FYI, if Doodlekit is up, then the servers are up :). That's because Doodlekit.com runs on the same servers as your websites - all the more incentive for us to keep them running :).
