Any issue with recieving error reports

I submitted a bug that I'm experiencing with photos on my site, http://www.ahome4greys.org.

I sent it first directly to Ben on 10/1 along with original e-mail, as it was a recurring problem from earlier this year. I didn't hear back, so I submitted using the "My Website issues" form on the contact (approx 10/10). I still haven't heard back, so I just submitted the problem again.

It's making me wonder if Doodlekit is having any problems with receiving error reports/bugs?
